  • We keep it clean. We will always maintain a clean worksite throughout the project and when we're done, you shouldn't even know we were there, minus your amazing new renovation. We use dustless tooling to eliminate mess and have an Air Scrubber that removes dust and debris from the air making us an allergy and asthma-friendly contractor!

  • All of our tools are in good & safe working order, with safety features still intact. We don't use second-rate equipment, and when things need replacing, they get replaced with only the best. 

  • Murdock Construction protects you and your home with $2 million liability insurance. All of our sub-trades are also licensed and have their own WSIB.

Our process

Step one: send us an email through our contact form located here telling us about your project. If you have a budget, let us know as this will help us guide you in the right direction. We are all about Honesty, Integrity and Quality. We want you to get the best project for the best price but we won't sacrifice quality and we will be upfront about that with you on everything from tile to toilet selection. 

Step two: If we determine that we are on the same page re: budget, timeline and general scope, we will schedule a consult at your home to see the space, take measurements and discuss your vision and design in more detail. 

Step three: We will provide a detailed quote and drawings of your project and hash out what decisions need to be made in what order. You then sign the contract and give us a deposit to schedule your start date. 

Step four: We get to work making your home renovation dreams a reality. We have a systematized process for everything from demolition to detailed tile work. We are a full service General Contractor that will work with you, on site.
